Customer can register for “Cross-border View and Transfer” in Hang Seng Bank1 personal e-Banking. After successful registration, you can check your account and submit transfer instruction anytime anywhere and flexibly to manage your accounts in both Hong Kong and Mainland.
Cross-border View
Check the Balances of Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng China1 designated accounts on the same page through Hang Seng China personal mobile app.
Cross-border Transfer
Submit Cross-border Transfer instruction for remittance to self-named account in Hang Seng Bank through Hang Seng China personal mobile app, visiting branch in person is not required and all remittance fees are waived2.

Customer can choose suitable currency from below 10 currencies for Cross-border Transfer:
RMB*, HKD, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, CAD, CHF, JPY.

Note:
1Customer has to hold banking account with both Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng China in order to register for “cross-border View and Transfer”. Also, the open of e-banking service for both sides is a must.
2Remittance fee charged by the Bank would be waived for Prestige Banking customers, debited correspondent bank charge (if applicable) would be refunded on the same day. For Preferred Banking customers, captured fee waiver offer will be valid till end of Dec of 2020. This fee waiver only applicable to the remittance instruction placed through “Cross-border Transfer” webpage, which is not applicable to the instruction placed through “Overseas Transfer” webpage.
